Contact our concierge team via the portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the unused candles or diffusers in their original gift boxes and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

Ship to Our Atelier

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
